By using Spanifix, you agree to the following terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Spanifix. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

The service

Spanifix provides automated corrections and explanations for Spanish text.

The service is provided "as is", without guarantees of accuracy or availability.

Usage

You agree to:

Spanifix may limit usage (for example, daily limits on free accounts).

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

Subscriptions and payments

Some features are available through paid subscriptions. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms and policies.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

You can cancel renewal according to the billing settings available in your account or platform billing flow.

No guarantees

Language corrections are generated automatically and may contain errors.

You are responsible for how you use the output.

Intellectual property

Spanifix and related branding, software, and content are owned by Spanifix or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of Spanifix intellectual property to you.

User content

You retain ownership of text you submit. You grant Spanifix a limited license to process submitted text solely to provide the service.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or abuse the platform.

Changes and availability

The service may change, be paused, or be discontinued at any time.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if misuse is detected. You may stop using the service at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spanifix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the service operator is established, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Spanifix after updates means you accept the revised terms.
